We issue invoices for all NFT sales in line with applicable requirements and guidance from His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Following each confirmed XRPL transaction, we send a minimal follow-up XRP transfer to the buyer's wallet (typically within 30 days). The MEMO field of this transaction contains a URL and the corresponding IPFS Content Identifier (CID) for the relevant invoice.
Due to the pseudonymous nature of activity on the XRP Ledger, buyer identity is not verified beyond the publicly visible XRPL wallet address.
If a buyer wishes to receive a personalised invoice containing their name or other identifying details, they may contact us at contact@sapiensmasterpieces.com . Upon request, a revised invoice will be issued and delivered privately to the email address provided.
We never disclose personal information on-chain. Any identifying invoice details are handled privately off-chain.
